Cleanliness is meticulous, the setting is comfortable, and it’s tucked in the quiet countryside just a 5‑minute drive from Torre Chianca beach. Outside there’s a small play area for kids and a drying rack. Breakfast is excellent, with a good selection of sweet and savory items, even lactose‑free options. The list is sent the night before. Free parking under the shade of the olive trees. The private veranda overlooks a well‑maintained green lawn. The owners are friendly. Thank you for every courtesy. I didn’t feel it was specified; redo and keep the room clean (including disposing of waste in the recycling bins) is the guest’s responsibility. The stay was too short to check the towel‑changing service, but it didn’t bother us at all.

The property sits in a quiet area, has air conditioning and comfy beds. Every room has a nice terrace. We were a family of four—two adults and two kids aged 16 and 12—and the room had plenty of space for everyone. Hair dryer and iron were available on request. Breakfast was very good; each morning we could choose from a fresh selection. The best part was the owner’s attitude—very nice, attentive to our needs, and ready to help. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you for your hospitality!

I landed right between the sea and the city, and the reserved parking was a lifesaver. The breakfast spread was generous, and my room was tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. The property itself is kept in excellent condition and gives off a real sense of calm.

The location was stunning, tucked into the Salento countryside, and the peace and quiet stayed with me throughout my stay. The facility was spotless, the rooms spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing could have been better—everything was flawless.
