The price was good. The insulation and noise were bothersome.

The reception staff’s behavior was unpleasant.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are cheerful and helpful, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. What I didn’t like was that the cleaning level was just average, the hotel service items were put in a bag that I initially thought was trash, it would have been better to use a clearer bag or packaging, and I also requested an extra towel that wasn’t provided. Additionally, the hotel is relatively far from the main attractions in Riyadh.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location. First off, the lobby photos are misleading—they look like room pictures, making you think the lobby is actually a room. I don't see any matching room photos, and I suspect they used photo‑enhancers or AI. Second, the cleaning supplies they use are literally different from the Al Aziz branch, even though it's the same hotel chain. They’re probably under the same halal manager, but the floor cleaner they use is cheap and masks the guests’ smell; when you first step into the room, the smell hits you hard, which is unprofessional. Then, the rooms have no windows, so why open a hotel at all? The door‑bell system is so annoying that my family has to knock on the door next to mine and ask who it is, which is embarrassing. I think the hotel needs a review because the Al Aziz branch is far better and much more professional.

Clean and pleasant scent. There’s a leak in the bathroom that I hear constantly, and the floor gets soaked. The Wi‑Fi is poor. They put coffee in the room, but when I asked for an iced cup they said none were available.
