“Halte agréable”
A family-friendly hotel with a freshly renovated, comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was good, though it could have been a bit more varied, and the staff at the breakfast area were friendly. The front‑desk attendant came across as somewhat cold and hurried, and the Icelandic prices still felt a bit high.
“fustrante”
Nothing worth mentioning. They post pictures and then put you in a junk shop. The breakfast is best avoided.
“Overall a nice place to stay.”
The location is excellent—close to town and hiking trails. The breakfast was the highlight, offering a very nice range of options, and the staff were very attentive. The rooms are small and somewhat outdated.
“Une halte tout à fait authentique sur la N1”
The staff’s welcoming attitude, the layout of the room, the authentic atmosphere, the quality of the bedding, and the hotel’s location within the city all stood out.
A clear recommendation.
