I appreciated the front‑desk customer service, but I was shocked to discover they never mentioned the roaches. They were rampant, and the rooms felt like they were being used for living and prostitution; we checked in, saw the condition, and left immediately—my family and I weren’t staying there.

The staff were friendly, but the first building looked frightening with drug addicts around, and as a disabled guest on the third floor I was hesitant to use the elevator. After an 8‑hour drive I was exhausted, and the place was noisy with doors slamming all night. My sheets were stained, the toilet took a long time to flush, the shower had no pressure, and I wouldn’t recommend this spot.

I liked nothing about the stay; the room was filthy with stained sheets and a comforter, the bed was uncomfortable, there was snot and poop on the walls, the tub seemed about to break with a loose water spout, and the AC emitted a horrible odor.
