“Estafa ojo cuando reserven”

I’ll tell you what I think of this place: I had a reservation, but when I arrived they said no rooms were available and offered another hotel at a higher price, so I accepted and paid more than agreed. When I was at the other hotel, I saw that arriving guests were treated the same way—no availability—and were sent to the hotel I had booked. I think this is a strategy to rotate guests and charge them more. I also noticed that if I wanted to book those same dates on the site, they were available. In short, it feels like a scam targeting tourists. I’m filing a complaint to get my expenses reimbursed for not keeping my reservation.

I didn’t stay at the hotel we had booked, but at a partner hotel instead, and the terrace was a highlight.

“Bel option pour l'emplacement et le personnel!”

The location was spot on for staying close to the pyramids’ entrance (10 minutes on foot from the Sphinx entrance), and the staff were very attentive, helpful, and respectful. The view from the top was amazing for enjoying the delicious breakfast that changes each morning. However, the rooms and bathrooms needed a deep clean, towels weren’t provided, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

The terrace and service were great, but the facilities were dirty and the rooms were very noisy.

Everything exactly as in the photos. Very clean and comfortable. The location. Although you can see the pyramids and it’s spectacular, it’s in a not very nice part of Giza.
