The location and cleanliness were good, but everything else was just okay.
Claudia was very kind, and the room was perfect and welcoming. The bathroom was clean and had everything needed. The building where the room is located is very nice, set in a quiet courtyard. The location is great.

The proximity to the city center and the seaside is excellent. The room is very clean, quiet, and located in a private residence away from the street. Claudia is very welcoming and speaks French well. I recommend this accommodation. Like all seaside towns, parking isn’t always easy. Consider booking private parking.
Very disappointed, I thought I was booking a hotel but it turned out to be a ground‑floor apartment with three rooms and a shared kitchen; you can hear everything, the window faces a wall. It was damp and smelled of mildew, and it wasn’t a double bed but two beds side by side with very uncomfortable mattresses. The sheets were clean.
Great spot in the center, just a 5‑minute walk from the Ariston. Parking is a convenient 40 m away. The rooms are spacious and the cleaning is excellent. The owner is very friendly and super helpful, offering local tips and everything you might need. I recommend it! Fantastic! If I ever return to Sanremo, I know where to stay.
