The place was otherwise fine, but there were many problems. The stairs weren’t an issue, but the distance from the beach was a bit far. The sun loungers were 90% broken and unusable. The rooms were terrible, with mold in corners and dust. Hot water kept switching between hot and cold on its own. You come to relax, not to play with a thermostat. Breakfast was okay, but the dinner we tried was awful for the price; it wasn’t edible and didn’t match what we had chosen. It had a microwave and lacked ingredients. We had to hand over the room keys and the card at all times, which caused the AC to stop working. We ended up in a hot room. Language was an issue; they barely spoke English, so we struggled to communicate with staff. I was there with my family, we had two rooms, and everyone was dissatisfied. It was terrible, especially for the cost. We were supposed to be four but were only three, and they didn’t offer any discount for dinner. Complete dissatisfaction.
