The staff were friendly, but the night noise from the tech room near my room was annoying.

The location was good, that's about it. The hotel is definitely not five stars—at most three. It's an old, worn-out place. The corridors smell like grandma's house, with torn wallpaper and ripped linoleum everywhere. Initially we were given a room that felt downright unpleasant to stay in, but they later swapped it for one with better renovation. Still, the overall atmosphere remained that of an old hotel. The restaurant staff didn't speak Russian or English, even though the EU flag was displayed. Everything was bad, and some aspects were downright disgusting. The reception girls were nice and sweet, which was the only positive thing.

The hotel was well maintained and the setting was peaceful; the spa and pool were the highlights, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the service failed to follow through: a request made at booking was not honored upon arrival, and the breakfast times that had been confirmed in advance turned out to be unreliable. Sound insulation was only average, and the riverside grounds appeared neglected. The restaurant food was okay but expensive for what it was. Overall pleasant, but not a place we'd return to.

The pool, mountains, and garden were nice. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to expectations, especially given the cost of stay. The price‑quality ratio clearly didn't match the advertised level. Breakfast was quite sparse. The room left a bad impression: the furniture was old, the wardrobe didn't close properly, and some sockets were questionable and clearly needed an electrician. The biggest drawback was terrible sound insulation—every evening and almost the whole night, you could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms: conversations, TV, music, even moans. The room door had large gaps, so hallway noise from guests and staff was also audible. It was almost impossible to relax or sleep. For that price you expect at least comfortable sleeping conditions and a decent room. Unfortunately, I didn't get that. I've stayed 3‑4 times, but I probably won't return. I hope the owner hears this and renovates the rooms or at least lowers the price; otherwise it feels like greed. Bring your money, but I won't invest in the hotel.
