The place is near the hospital, quiet and clean. It should be highlighted that there is no TV, rather than just listing it as an excluded facility, and a better body wash would be appreciated.

The accommodation was spacious, very clean, and comfortable.

The location was great, the room tidy and spacious with nice views, close to Waikato hospital, and parking was right next to the cabin. It’s a quiet spot perfect for a night away, with a comfortable bed and large space. The proximity to the owner’s house didn’t bother us, but I mentioned it for others. The pillows could have been more comfortable, yet I still slept well.

I arrived late and left early the next day. The place was cozy, warm, and more spacious than expected. The kitchen facilities were good, the bed was awesome, and the shower was wonderful. I loved the digital key code lock and felt very safe. The location to the hospital is walkable, though I drove. I had a bit of trouble finding the place in the dark, but once I did, everything was fine. No TV, but that’s not a big deal for an overnight stay.
