The location was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The bar was good except the music was much too loud for the over‑70s age group. The room was fine, but the hot water for drinks idea was inconvenient; please advertise that Mollies is right next to the free bus stop—otherwise it feels down‑market.

We’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Manchester and this one is the best so far; the rooms were well styled and the bed so comfortable, and the bar area/work area was also great. I didn’t try the diner but will do the next time.

The property was super clean, the rooms were lovely and comfortable, and it’s in a great location. The only downside was the lack of hot water in the room for drinks; I know there’s a tap in the corridor, but it’s not ideal.
