“Not recommended, unless you just want a bed space to sleep on”
The room was small, the bathroom had mould, the room and bathroom doors were falling apart, towels were old, the floor towel was dirtier than mud! The bedside lights didn’t even have bulbs in them. They advertised breakfast in their hotel info, but apparently they have not provided breakfast for 4 years already! They offer free coffee/tea facilities but I don’t think they ever washed the cups! The alun-alun was rather disappointing and the guest house is far from the main road. You need to have the Grab app. No taxis around at all. We only stayed 2 of 3 nights booked, we just had to get out of there. We stayed 2 nights only because on the 2nd day we had a whole‑day tour booked starting at 4am, so had no time to move places. Definitely would not go back there! I am disappointed that they are promoting this place at all!

The reception was very friendly and the services were provided kindly. The accommodation itself was good, though a bit dark. It was very quiet and close to restaurants and sites. It was a bit dusty.
The beds are very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and tried to communicate with the translator. They have fish and turtles in very cramped spaces, especially the turtle that doesn’t cover its basic needs and is pitiful.
