Huge kudos for the breakfasts: varied, something new each day. The Georgian kitchen is amazing, with delicious homemade chaczapuri, fresh green salads, and a selection of cheeses. The property sits in a quiet residential area near Bagrati Cathedral. The family‑friendly vibe, the hosts are very friendly and helpful with everything, and they provide a car for transfers. The rooms are clean, air‑conditioned, very aesthetic, and well maintained.

We stayed one night; the house on the hill is convenient by car, parking is good, the cozy, clean room has a bathroom, and there’s a shared kitchen with dishes and a fridge.

The location is good, the room is large with an extra bed, the hosts are friendly, there’s a hot water machine and mugs, but there’s no fridge, no washing machine, and the sound isolation is weak.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in Georgia! The owner, Kaha, speaks Russian, is very helpful, parking is available in the yard, the place is clean and cozy, and the garden is simply amazing—10/10! The beds were joined into one, which isn’t a big issue but is a bit inconvenient and the springs are squeaky.
