The food at the bar and breakfast restaurant was fantastic, and the service was good, but I wish the pool‑construction notice had been included in the booking details instead of a follow‑up email.

The staff were great, but the bathroom was very dated and needed regrouting, and the carpets were gross.

The pool and hot tub were closed and we weren’t told about it when we booked, and our room had no hot water.

The staff were very nice and helpful, yet the meal I ordered at the hotel restaurant was disappointing for the price.
