The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the room itself was a bit of a letdown. It was small and felt a bit grimy, with a lingering dampness in the air that made it feel like it hadn't been properly cleaned. On the other hand, the staff were super helpful when I checked in late, and the price was pretty decent considering the area. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag, but I guess you get what you pay for.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were completely unfriendly and unhelpful, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was filthy, with a dirty bed and a bathroom that was literally disgusting - the shower was out of order and there was no hot water. To top it all off, the rooftop restaurant that was supposedly a major selling point didn't even exist.

Innen alles super, sauber. Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Zentral gelegen. Die Lage in Alt Delhi. Super dreckig ringsherum, Verkehrschaos. Aber das ist halt Delhi

C’est la seconde fois que je viens dans cette hôtel après + 10 ans. l’accueil est toujours impeccable et les propriétaires font le nécessaires pour qu’on se sente bien. Le chauffeur a l’arrivée a l’aéroport. Il y avait des travaux dans l’hôtel en pleine nuit. Nous avons eu une proposition de prendre un chauffeur pour aller à Jaipur puis Agra que nous avons accepté, toutefois au moment de payer no nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir rajouter 10% de plus… Welcom in India 😊

This hotel is a pretty basic place to stay, and it shows. The air conditioning and geyser didn't work, and the bed was smaller than I expected. It's not exactly the most exciting or comfortable place to be, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury.
