“Very bad”
I didn’t like the hotel at all. The toilet was too small, and there was no fridge.
The staff were incredibly friendly.

“Good enough for sleeping maximum two nights.”
Walking to the metro was easy, the room was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful; the lift only goes up to the 7th floor. The air conditioning was pre‑set to 26 °C in the middle of summer, the hotel sits very close to a seedy part of town, and there’s no couch—only a bed to relax on. The carpets are old, giving the place a dated and stuffy feel.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive; when problems arose they responded immediately, offering me a new room when noise became an issue. For another misunderstanding, they gave me a nice fabric bag and a drink on the house. The location is generally good in terms of transport links, the beds were very comfortable, and plenty of towels were available. On the first night I was placed in a room directly opposite the reception, which was a bit noisy and many sounds disturbed me. Because of a misunderstanding the room wasn’t vacuumed and the floor was very dirty, but the issue was resolved well the next day.
