The hotel was good, not noisy, could sleep well, the room was clean and 5‑star even though I stayed in a budget room. The AC was very cool in the middle of the night. The space is quiet but limited, which is fine for a couple or a single. I wanted to use the hairdryer but it was a bit upset, the hairdryer had little electricity, maybe an old version, and sometimes a lamp wouldn’t turn off even after I switched it on/off, so we slept with the lights on.

No dedicated parking. Please charge and claim from customers because the customer checked out at 12. The second floor missed the time or forgot to buy or pay for parking. The hotel can charge parking.

The staff service was amazing, especially an Indian lady who helped us a lot—first, I’m sorry to her and thanks to her. We came all the way from Singapore and had been driving nonstop without resting. We reached early and requested a mega early check‑in; thanks to her for the huge help. I wasn’t feeling well and my son and husband were falling asleep in the car. We were all very exhausted, and that’s where she helped us. Thanks to Urban Inn for having staff like her, and my checkout was smooth with a Malay lady who was very kind. I will definitely come back to Urban Inn and give my support. We should have a lift to the next floor, and the toilet near the glass area and the walls should be scrubbed to remove stains. A shelf in the shower area would be more comfortable, more TV channels and ear‑buds should be provided.
