“Struttura nuova e molto curata, tutto perfetto!”

We were really pleased; the room was spotless with a comfortable bed and a modern shower in a walk‑in bathroom. The house is tastefully furnished, showing a lot of care in the details! The original paintings on the walls are nice. Even though there is no kitchen, the common area lets you make coffee or tea, and there is a microwave available. The location is excellent, in the small historic center and within walking distance of bars, pizzerias, delicatessens, and restaurants. Albertina was very kind, welcoming without being intrusive, and very helpful.

The room was large, bright, and stylishly furnished, and the location was great. The mattress, however, was awful and caused severe back pain; I’d recommend a replacement.

The stay was very pleasant, with warm hospitality, convenient services, and a lovely nearby bar‑restaurant. Highly recommend it!

The room was very pretty, well‑decorated, and comfortable, and the house was quiet. It’s convenient for exploring the area and for taking a boat trip from Arbatax, and parking was always easy in the small street. Breakfast and dinner at the pizzeria‑restaurant i giardini were excellent.
