The place was stunning and tranquil, the vibe was great, and the hot pool was fantastic. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious.

“Great location difficult to find”

The location is stunning—mid‑of‑nowhere with a lake in front of a volcano—and each bungalow has a nice hot tub. However, you’ll need a Jeep to get there because there’s no proper road, just rough paths through fields. The remote setting means you’ll be completely alone at night with no guards or other staff; only four small bungalows are present. There are several safety hazards: no railings on the entrance stairs—so don’t get drunk there—and the concrete floor around the hot tub is covered in a layer of large rubble that feels like soapy ground, which almost broke my legs when I slipped.

The spot was spot on, the vibe was great, and the rooms were modern. The food served was pretty good. The staff were attentive and listened well even with the language barrier. The hot spring pool was truly stunning. On the downside, the room wasn’t very clean; the toilet bowl was broken when we arrived. The outside was gorgeous, but we couldn’t enjoy it fully because of the fly infestation, both inside and out—an obvious problem we couldn’t fix. The pool was filled at 16h and emptied at 20h… and the sheets and curtains weren’t very clean, unfortunately.
