1. The staff was great. Very kind and patient 2. The bed was comfortable. 3. Budget friendly 4. Breakfast was good. 5. Having the car cleaned was also good 6. Security was good. 1. The bathroom setup - the tiles were slippery even with slippers on which is a hazard. Would be good if there was a seperation between the shower and toilet 2. The dinner was not enjoyable even with the amount of time it took. 45 mins was a little too long 3. There is no good ventilation to the rooms

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no bottled water provided in the room, which was a bit of a letdown. To make matters worse, the room itself was extremely small, with my bed practically right next to the door.

I was impressed by the hotel's beautiful design, excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable room, and outstanding restaurant on the top floor. However, the views from the city center were somewhat limited.
