Breakfast was decent, but the room smelled of mildew, felt damp, and the shower was clogged with limescale. We found two types of bugs, the floors weren’t swept properly, and the mop left muddy streaks. The TV also malfunctioned.

The front desk lady was super sweet and professional, handling everything alone and doing her best. I found one of the beds in our room dirty, and with no staff available to change the sheets, I had to do it myself; the toilet paper holder also fell off the wall.

The location was great. However, the rooms were unclean: the first room’s toilet seat had pee stains, and after moving to a second room, the bathroom walls had poop stains and a bug was in the shower.

The place was clean and convenient. The morning shift change was awful—she seemed late every morning, breakfast trays were empty with no milk or fruit, and a police officer appeared Saturday morning for an unknown reason and had to chase her down.

The staff were nice, the rooms clean, and the location perfect—everything was close. Nothing else to complain about.
