Breakfast, room, and location are top‑class, but the online check‑in worked fine, yet all personal data had to be re‑entered at the front desk because the digital transfer failed; the parking access was too narrow for a normal mid‑size car, and we only found out the parking code after a phone call, which should have been provided when booking the parking even though check‑in was purely digital.
