The staff were super nice and polite. The coffee was too bitter and heavily roasted for my taste, and the alarm went off without me setting it; I always use my iPhone to wake up.

They used a cleaning product that smelled awful. The building inside and out needs maintenance. The pool was closed, which was a big reason for staying there, and they never said how long it would be closed or offered a discount for the inconvenience.

The beds at this hotel were incredibly comfortable, which was a highlight of my stay. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the bathtub looked a bit old and the tile in the shower had some cracks, but they had been repaired, and it didn't affect the functionality of the shower. While it wasn't perfect, the hotel's cleanliness and comfort made up for the minor cosmetic issues.
