The lodge was good, well‑located and the service was very good. The room was tidy. I signed so many papers at check‑in that it felt like I was financing a property 😂😂. Nothing to complain about!

The location was great, close to everything, and you can walk everywhere. The breakfast, however, practically doesn’t exist. The kitchen is an island in the middle of the restaurant; you’re eating while watching the cooks clean the stove. It’s a mess. The salt went missing, they searched for it and couldn’t find it. The management was completely unprepared.

The location is very good, close to all the main spots, with good mobility. The total lack of service was shocking: no one greeted us at reception, we didn’t get towel changes as promised on the signed sheet, and communication was impossible. It felt like a deserted inn. They claim it’s low season, but that’s not a reason to deny us service; if they can’t keep the basics, they should close during off‑season. There are many better options for the same price or less that would likely provide better service.

The location and space were solid. The room was large and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the service was also good. The hotel has an amazing space, but its upkeep could be better.
