A beautiful hotel right on the river with a great pool; the city center is within walking distance. The entire staff was very friendly, the American breakfast was ample, and the value for money was superb. The décor is pretty but plain; the floor could definitely be scrubbed better.

The location was fine, but the property did not look at all like the pictures; it needs major updates. Rooms were dirty and smelled of mold. Light leaked in from the bottom of the door. The balcony with the river view was very gross, and the railing was so loose you might fall into the river. Breakfast was terrible – the person in charge had a long, unkempt beard and looked very dirty.

The place was clean and the staff were courteous, and the location was an added advantage. Nothing else to note.

The staff in the morning were very nice and I loved the bird in the lobby. Our room was very dirty, but they refunded a small amount to compensate.
