The location, lobby and overall feel were fine. However, I was placed in an extension above the serviceable floor next to the lift, the bed comfort was poor, the room was small, and it seemed like a makeshift space that could have been booked through a rough portal.

The staff at room service and the restaurant were very polite, but the washroom was not clean and smelled bad. The extra bed cost Rs.700 plus taxes, yet only a mattress was supplied, no actual bed. The walls leaked, ruining the room’s ambience. I left my charger cable at checkout and it’s been two days since I’ve been asking them to send it by courier— they agreed to pay the shipping fee but haven’t arranged it yet.
