Small but cozy and well arranged, very clean, good public transport and shopping connections, key handover was perfect; ideal for a short stay. Unfortunately there was no SB coffee machine or similar (the restaurant was closed on Sunday), no kettle in the room, and the room prices felt a bit overpriced.

The room was spotless, with pristine white linens, cozy and tasteful décor, and everything you need; the location was convenient with shops, a gas station, and free parking nearby. I had trouble getting the key box at first, but otherwise everything was fine.

The landlord was attentive and kind, and the option to have breakfast in the small on‑site café (very fair prices) was great, with friendly service. Because the café is open to the public, you don’t have to book in advance. During our August stay, the room’s air‑conditioning was very pleasant, and street parking was ample. The room and bathroom are small but functional, as described in the photos, so no discount is warranted. Anyone looking for a good place to stay will find it well‑served.
