“I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
Breakfast was very nice, the location to the zoo was great, just a short ride. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We had a room with a couch, my husband does not like sitting on the be to watch TV, and it was comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was hearing the elevator at night. Was rumbling in our room 3 doors away
Breakfast was excellent, but the pool was shut down because a part needed ordering; my kids and I were let down because we were looking forward to swimming.
The staff were friendly and capable, yet the parking on June 9‑10 and the street paving forced guests to leave by 7:30 am or stay in the lot until after 10 am, so we had to cut our trip short and only learned at 6:30 am that the paving would block part of the lane, missing out on much needed rest.
