The rooms are big, nice, and comfortable, and the spa and beach are lovely. Breakfast is nice and the pool area is beautiful. Staff should communicate and help more.

There was a wide selection of cheeses and vegetables, but eggs for frying were missing, and there was no way to make an omelet; I expected 5‑star juices in the hotel instead of cheap chemical drinks, and higher‑quality cold cuts. The room was supposed to have a sofa bed, but it turned out to be a small armchair, too small for an adult; the room was too small for three people, and at opening time the pool was still being cleaned.

The wide range of activities and leisure options was impressive, and the staff were very kind, though the prices seemed a bit high.

The beach was beautiful, but the staff were incompetent or untrained – at the a la carte restaurant on the first floor, only one overwhelmed waiter was available, and he also had to serve the bar on the ground floor alone, which made things go wrong. When the food arrived, it was served without side dishes, and the waiter didn’t speak English, so we gave up. Later, the side dishes were magically sent to us – the coffee machines at breakfast only dispensed hot water because the coffee was gone, so we had to order coffee from the waiter, which could take a while. On the day of departure, when we came for breakfast, the cleaning lady had already started the deep cleaning of the room; our still-packed suitcases were lying between rolled rugs and cleaning supplies on the floor. We managed to convince her that we needed another hour to pack, but she had already taken all the towels.
