The staff were friendly, but paying over R1,000 for a room and still having to pay extra for breakfast felt unacceptable. Food is a basic part of hospitality, and at that price I expected breakfast to be included. The deal was advertised as a special, yet once breakfast was added separately, the total cost was essentially the normal price. That was misleading and ruined the purpose of a special offer. For me, it was a deal‑breaker; a special should provide genuine value, not create a discount illusion while charging extra for basic hospitality.
