Good outlook and good access to transport and facilities. Being part of the pub there were no private sitting areas, bars or restaurant

Good location, clean and spacious room. Breakfast is served in adjacent pub. Only one table with chairs, the rest of the seating was at high tables with bar stools. Not user friendly for older people or people with mobility issues
