Both breakfast and dinner were buffet‑style with lots of tasty options, and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel also ran a shuttle that could take you to Hakuba Station and other spots whenever we needed it.

The flowers at the entrance and lobby were well‑kept and looked beautiful; the president himself seemed to be involved in their upkeep along with the staff and contractors. The whole facility was spotless thanks to thorough cleaning. The buffet meals offered a huge selection that I couldn’t finish, and everything tasted great, with the menu changing daily. I was thrilled with the spectacular mountain view from my room and the courteous, polite service from the employees, making the trip enjoyable and pleasant.
There’s a shuttle to both Happo‑Noue and Tsugaike Ropeway stations, but you have to watch the timetable. You can buy the Happo‑Noue lift tickets at the hotel front desk, which saves you from queuing on site.
