The place was well equipped, very comfortable, and close to the sites we wanted to visit in Seattle, with shops and transport nearby. The carpets had a few stains, but overall everything else was very good; the curtains were a bit difficult to use.

“Quaint no fuss place that met my needs”

I’m a low‑maintenance solo traveler who likes privacy; I was in town for several days and this place met my needs—clean, comfortable, convenient to train and bus stops, safe, and the staff seemed reachable by phone if I needed them (which I didn’t). Anything else would just be nit‑picking.

“Cozy spot in Cap hill .”

I fell in love with this cozy spot—super comfy, the bed was amazing and I fell asleep right away. It was exactly where I needed to be for the time I had, though I wish I had more money to stay longer. I’ll definitely book again. The proximity to the light rail, a park, and food is a huge plus, especially for visitors from out of town. The location is central to everything Seattle offers. The only downside was having to leave, which was a bit sad.

“Decent for two days but would not go back”

The place was well equipped, clean, and the design made it feel cozy even though it’s in the basement. Volunteer Park is lovely and I enjoyed having it close by. The neighborhood feels authentic but also has a lot of grit; I would have visited but not stayed if I’d known better. The room had very little light, and I had to walk past garbage bins before reaching the door. I think the price was too high for the value.
