The spot was solid, surrounded by shops that made it convenient. Still, a few baby roaches showed up, and there was a tissue and a face towel wedged in a wall to hide a small gap—towel supply was pretty low.

To make matters worse, the smoke detector was disabled and just lying on the sink, and there was trash scattered around the stairway. On the bright side, I didn't encounter any major issues beyond these problems. Overall, it was a lackluster experience.
