Nothing. The housekeeping in the room was half‑done: no bath mat, the toilet wasn’t fully cleaned, the toilet brush was still in the bowl with the product, clearly indicating the cleaning wasn’t finished. Having worked in hospitality myself, I know that leaving the brush like that usually means the product still needs to work and the rest of the room is cleaned before returning to finish the toilet. Here, the cleaner clearly rushed to leave, forgetting to finish. And especially, finding pub hair belonging to someone else in the bathroom is truly unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel room. It’s a shame to notice this kind of negligence, especially when you pay for a clean, well‑maintained room.

“Almeno un piccolo comodino?”

Nothing. It’s just close enough to the stadium if you’re going for a concert. The room was tiny, the bathroom was like an airplane cabin with a shower added, and it wasn’t even perfectly clean. Even putting a stool as a nightstand seemed excessive… In the end, it’s €100 a night, so a nightstand should at least fit.

For me, having a disabled toilet and shower was positive, and extra pillows were arranged immediately. However, despite clear signs about nighttime quiet and no smoking, those rules weren’t enforced, which was not surprising because the staff were just as noisy and even smoked outside, which was quite unprofessional.

The floor is noisy, people talk loudly in the hallway with their phones. There’s no light in the sink.
