The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the kitchen equipment is a plus. However, the listing incorrectly states that a iron and ironing equipment are provided – they are not. The shower water stayed very cold throughout our stay.

The location is convenient, and the big advantage is the fan and air conditioning; without them staying in the room would be unbearable. Despite being near a busy street, it’s relatively quiet. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of drawers for unpacking. A pleasant surprise was the security system: three coded doors, a key‑locked room, and cameras in the shared kitchen. This property is a compromise with many strengths. The main complaint is that for most of the stay only cold water was available in the shower; while a bit of an advantage in hot weather, overall it’s a big drawback. At least the owner tried to fix the issue, and by the last day of our stay hot water was available.

The beds are comfortable, the room is clean and well equipped. The location is excellent – bus, metro, tram are all nearby. The host is friendly! The only negative is that the refrigerator is shared with other rooms, and the groceries we bought for breakfast disappeared by evening. It would be great to have a private mini‑fridge in each room. :)

The location is wonderful. Street noise doesn’t bother us. The windows can’t be changed to plastic because it’s a historic building in the city center, which I understand is prohibited by the city council. Inside everything is new: the beds are comfortable, there are three pillows, three towels, everything is white and neat. There is dishware, even enough glasses. If you’re a large group it’s very cool. We booked four rooms out of the available five, so it was very comfortable. Susan is polite and always ready to help. Thank you, we will definitely come back! The only issue was that in the shared area there are two rooms with two showers each. In one room everything worked fine, in the other one shower was broken, and in another one hot water was leaking – nothing could be done. But the owner was notified and I hope they’ll fix it. No other complaints! Great place! Thank you!
