The staff were very friendly, the night market was nearby, renting a motorcycle was easy, and the airport was close. The door closing was noisy; earplugs helped.

“Looking forward to leave this hotel”

The hotel sits a short walk from the airport, has Wi‑Fi and a reception desk, and a large King Kong supermarket across the street; the beach is within walking distance. A public swimming pool is nearby, but during our stay construction was happening and there were no sunbeds. Cleaning could be requested, beach towels were supplied, and staff delivered drinking water daily. The bed linens and towels were of very poor quality, with many yellow stains and holes; sometimes we only received one towel even though we were two. The bed sheets also had large yellow stains, making sleep uncomfortable. Smoking in the lobby by staff members caused cigarette smoke to drift into our first‑floor room. We asked for a room change or for the smoking to stop, but nothing was done. Parking and organization were problematic. On the second day, other guests mistakenly took our motorbike because the hotel rents bikes and apparently they were shown the wrong one; they returned it later but took our helmets instead. A week later the same thing happened again with the helmets. Overall, the service felt careless and disorganized, and there were problems almost every day during our stay.

“Prima rustige plek vlak bij zee”

The staff were friendly and it was great that they helped arrange a taxi; because it was Tet, there were few employees, yet we could borrow a car for the taxi rate and even got a complimentary dinner for the holiday. The listing was misleading – it advertises a pool with sunbeds and a private beach, but both pools lack loungers and the “private beach” is actually a public area where you pay 100 k for a chair on one side and get a free chair on the other only if you order drinks; they should stop claiming a private beach and simply provide loungers at the pool.
