I liked the location and it was very convenient, but I would recommend other hotels in the same area. My room was dirty – the bath had lots of hair and remnants of soap and shampoo, clearly not cleaned. I was also woken in the middle of the night by a family who had booked the same room, and then the receptionist—who had checked me in—came over, woke me again, and asked for a picture of my passport.

The location was convenient, yet a serious issue with my personal items marred the experience. Housekeeping removed my belongings from the room without permission, and when I asked about the missing items, the staff claimed they had been discarded. I’m still unpaid for what was lost and am deeply disappointed by the hotel’s response. Guests should trust that their belongings are secure, and I expected the hotel to take responsibility and work toward a fair resolution.

The spot was handy, but my stay got ruined by a major problem with my stuff. Housekeeping took my belongings out of the room without asking me, and when I raised the issue, they said they’d thrown them away. I haven’t received any compensation, and I’m really upset with how the hotel handled it. I expected them to own up and help me reach a fair solution.
