The staff were very patient, the room was tidy, and I’m very grateful for the help with the courier!

The staff were great 😃, but on the second floor I felt the window had to be shut because it looked like the neighboring building could see in. The bathroom and toilet have a step, which is fine now.

The hotel’s proximity to the station, a convenience store next door, and nearby shops and restaurants made it a very convenient business stay. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and efficient, and I’m happy to come back.

駅から近くて便利だった. 仕方ないが、ほかに利用したSmileホテルより、建物（内装）が古かった
