I was really grateful for the young staff member who helped me arrange a taxi when I had to cancel my reservation on the spot because of a booking error. I never want to stay here again; a friend had booked a second‑floor room but only the first floor was available on the day, even after I confirmed via email that it would be on the second floor, so I cancelled and stayed elsewhere.

Clean and great location. Mosquito netting on the bed was good. Staff woke me up every morning between 6-6.30 to sweep or water the plants outside of the room. No thought that the guests may want to sleep past this time. Frustrating

“Excellent Accommodation”

Everything I needed was within walking distance—warungs, bars like Wot Not & El Toro for nightly live music, the town centre, and markets. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with a well‑equipped kitchen and cozy beds and pillows. I would highly recommend it. Nothing to add.

“Convenient clean and comfortable”

The location was excellent, and walking to everything in Ubud was a breeze. I liked cooking for myself because I don’t eat out all the time, and the room offered great value for the price. The staff were friendly despite the language barrier, and the room stayed very clean. The only drawback was the language barrier, but I managed with translation apps.

“Excellent Bungalow stay with spacious and clean rooms with strong AC and balcony views”

Huge thanks to Agung and Ketuk for their hospitality. Ketuk, the housekeeper, treated me like a friend, cleaned the room thoroughly, and made my stay very comfortable. Agung, the owner, went above and beyond by providing my husband’s sarong for a temple event and engaging in great conversations that felt like family. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, with strong AC and no humid smell. I’ll definitely stay here again. Honestly, nothing was wrong.
