The location was literally perfect, and the host was extremely helpful, giving exact directions and making the trip from the Rialto ferry stop a breeze. Drinks were waiting in the fridge upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The place was spotless and stunning—definitely 11/10 would recommend!

The spot was well‑located and the directions were clear. The room was a good size with a clean shower, and it offered a view of the canal right below. The property manager, Matteo, communicated excellently, answering all my questions and offering great suggestions.

We loved the balcony overlooking the canal; we sat by the window and listened to gondola singers pass by. The only downside was that the bathroom was across the hall, which was a bit annoying at night.

The canal view was amazing, and the room was impressively decorated. The air conditioning worked well and the free minibar was a bonus. The location was good, with very clear instructions for finding the place and checking in. The room was a bit small, and there were many stairs, but the staff helped us with our luggage. It was somewhat noisy during the day, probably because of nearby construction.

We loved the location. Opening the window let us see gondolas passing by the bay, some singing or playing instruments, which added a special atmosphere.
