I ran into a bit of trouble locating the house with the address on booking; I’d suggest searching for Chambres d'hôtes Casa Petra directly on maps. The property, a half‑hour walk from the city center, is very nice and the owner is friendly.

Two GPS systems couldn’t find the location. The host wasn’t really helpful, made the instructions unnecessarily complicated and condescending. It’s in a pretty unpleasant suburb of the city.

Quiet and artifacts. We had trouble getting the lock to work.

We spent two pleasant days at Casa Petra, and it lived up to the description: clean, very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Parking right in front of the gate was a bonus, and it’s about a 15‑minute walk to Corte’s center. The room felt a bit small, but that was fine for a two‑day stay, and the garden area could have been more inviting. Overall, we’d definitely recommend it.
