We loved our cozy room with a balcony view, and walking around the lake was absolutely beautiful; the staff were very friendly and the lobby coffee was great. The hotel offers many scenic outlooks on the lake, and it’s a nice touch that you can bring a drink from the restaurant back to your room. However, when we arrived we were given a room without a balcony even though we had booked one; the concierge was very nice and fixed it quickly, so we ended up with a balcony room. I do wonder if that was a booking error. Also, the silverware at breakfast was dirty and the bottom crust on the quiche was raw.

“Decent accommodations. Overpriced.”

There were plenty of rooms to choose from, but the room and building felt outdated, and the street noise was annoying. No staff were available at the property except in the main building.
