The reception staff and the ski‑service manager were exceptional. Ski‑in/ski‑out, the spa is paid‑service so it doesn’t get too crowded and kids can’t enter. Ticket sales at reception. The room and restaurant décor. The bus service to the town. The breakfast. The room temperature was impossible to lower, and the bar décor was not especially welcoming and lacked a fireplace.

I found the spa was a paid service, which felt off for a 4‑star place, and the parking wasn’t great either.

Location on snow is fab and hard to best. Would have liked sauna access included in the accommodation
