Everything was fine and there were good choices, but the Wi‑Fi was down, which delayed our arrival.

The place is great, right next to Universal parks, restaurants, outlets, and shops. Everyone on the staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was perfect—spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, but we wished there were bacon and scrambled eggs every day.

The breakfast was consistently average, like a 7‑out‑of‑10 quality, the same every day – not unpleasant but a bit boring. Overall, everything else was very good.
