The hotel ignored all my special requests, the room was filthy and stank, the bathroom bucket and jug were so dirty I had to call someone to replace them, taps leaked, wall paint peeled, and overall the rooms were poorly maintained. The walls, bathroom, taps, and window screens were all bad; the screens let too much sunlight in, and when I asked for a dark cloth or blanket to cover them, the receptionists wouldn’t give it.
