Clearly not a 5‑star hotel. Numerous problems persisted despite commercial offers to fix them, so we will not return. The room was too small, the terrace door could not open without hitting the bed, the bed and room were tiny, cleanliness was only average, and equipment was defective. Technicians worked all day Saturday, making the room unusable. At over 1300 euros, they simply apologized that things didn’t work. Breakfast in the room required about an hour of waiting and didn’t deliver what we wanted; when we asked for real orange juice instead of concentrate, they said they were too busy, forcing us to go down to the restaurant. It was meant as a gift for my wife’s 40th birthday, and I am extremely disappointed.

The beachfront location and very nice staff were highlights, but the pool needs renovation, the breakfast could be more extensive for a 5‑star hotel, the bathroom is small, and the bathtub that doubles as a shower is uncomfortable for larger people.
