“Property really needs work inside and out. Will never stay here again”
The location was great, but I couldn’t get the TV to work and the lights by the bathroom flickered on and off, plus the air conditioning was useless.
“It was actually disappointing to me.”
I was told there was no breakfast, and if there was, I wasn’t notified; the TV remote didn’t work from the bed so I had to sit on the edge of the bed to change channels, the plug by the sink was dead so I couldn’t style my hair by the mirror, and I was supposed to check in at 3 but couldn’t until almost 3:30 because nobody was at the desk.

I didn’t get breakfast, only coffee, and the stairwell and hallway to my room smelled like urine.
The clientele felt really scary.
“It was a comfortable room depite the above that I hope get addressed. Especially the smoke detect”
A staff member was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable, but the smoke detector in room 220 was hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom walls looked like they had snot on them in places, two blue paper towel rags were in the door the first time we opened it and scared us, the hallway needed vacuuming, the tub didn’t look clean, the faucets were horrible, the room had a table but no chairs.
