Friendly service, central location. Traffic noise.
The hotel’s proximity to public transport was great, and the staff behaved well at all times. The rooms were very satisfactory. Nothing else to mention.
The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. I loved the hotel and congratulate the whole team! One thing I missed was small bottled water (though reception offered coffee, juice, and water) or any other amenity.

They treated the little dog that came with us very well (they even had a little surprise for her). The front‑desk guy was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very complete. The location is unbeatable for visiting Granada because it’s so well connected.

The price and stay were fine; parking is extra but very convenient and spacious for Spanish standards. The property is far from the center but very well connected. It’s good for people who want to drive into town and leave the car out of the center. Breakfasts were a bit bland, no vegetables at all, and the hotel’s soundproofing was somewhat weak.
