The hotel is excellent in terms of location, right in the heart of Patong. No pre‑payment was required; payment was made on arrival. The room rate is pleasant. Cleaning happens daily with fresh towels, water, and shower kit replacements. Breakfast is decent. Nearby are all the necessary spots – Ban San Market just a minute away, Jaiselion 1.5 min, and the beach 10 min.
