It’s close to Hershey park, but the moldy AC made me sick, the carpet and bathroom need cleaning and updating, and I felt haunted by an old lady.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and close to all the attractions. I wish they served more than just coffee for breakfast.

Close to Hershey park, but nothing convenient nearby after 9 pm.

The suite was perfect for family and grandparents, staff were very friendly, and the pool was nice. Families with young children often travel far and arrive a few hours early; at other hotels and resorts I can usually check in a few hours early if a room is available. There were no cars in the parking lot, so rooms were obviously available. It would help to allow early check‑in when possible, which would make your customer service above and beyond!
